The idea

A transport box for returnable packaging solution. The patented 2P box has only two loose parts: the lid and the front panel. The sides can be easily removed and replaced if required. The panels are hinged to ensure rapid folding and assembly. The original steel spring clips are secured in their individual positions which make the fitting and release of clips fast and easy.

All components of a collapsed returnable Clip-Lok 2P box are contained in one unit reduced up to 70% in volume. The customised dunnage is designed to fold into the internal void of this transport box. The inner space between the pallet and the court-tilted sides can be used to place any inner packaging – a box, an inner packaging!

No matter whether you choose a returnable box, a patented 2P box or an expendable box, the dunnage is important to ensure cost-effective packaging with maximum protection and stabilisation of your products all the way through the supply chain. We constantly develop creative additions to our range of designs and materials; and we construct the customised dunnage from a wide range of materials. When you choose well-designed dunnage to protect your items, you also optimise space usage.

SAFE & SECURE

Heavy or delicate products that can be scratched or break need to be securely packed to ensure safe delivery. We offer you dunnage based on your requirements. For you to feel confident that our boxes meet your exact requirements, we can assist in setting up performance testing such as weather-resistance, vibration, drop and pressure tests, etc.

SPECIFICATION

MATERIALS

Clip-Lok uses various materials and finishes in order to meet your demands. Our 2P reusable boxes are usually made of high quality plywood, which is strong and flexible. The original spring steel clips are equally strong and flexible and also easy to fit or remove.

FLAT PACKED

Once unpacked, the 2P boxes can be collapsed and stored flat. All components of this collapsed transport box are held in one unit. Moreover, all panels on the 2P plywood box are hinged and mounted on the base with spring steel clips. Furthermore, the height of a collapsed 2P container, including a pallet, is 250-300 mm depending on specifications. The compact size reduces the space needed and allows more transport boxes to be returned in a single shipment, cutting logistics costs. In storage, a collapsed transport box takes up minimum space.

FLAT PACKED

Once unpacked, the containers can be collapsed and stored flat. All components of a collapsed returnable Clip-Lok box are contained in one unit. The original reusable box can be assembled or dismantled by only one person in less than three minutes. The height of a collapsed box, including a pallet, is 170-220 mm depending on specifications. The compact size reduces space and allows more boxes to be returned in a single shipment, which reduces logistics costs. The collapsible boxes take up a minimum of storage space.

PALLETS

Clip-Lok designs two way and four way pallets to match your needs. The pallet bases are produced in plywood as they are an integrated part of the box.

These boxes and all three clips have been tested exhaustively by official test institutes around the world and in every case they have met the most stringent of standards.
