Account Manager for Western Denmark

Then you might be the one we are looking for as a technical Account Manager at Clip-Lok. You will report to the company’s Nordic sales manager.
The Position
Clip-Lok is a leading global manufacturer of custom industrial packaging, supplying industries such as automotive, defense, robotics, and alternative energy. The company is growing and is therefore seeking an Account Manager for Western Denmark – an already established market with great potential.
After a thorough onboarding, you will be responsible for sales and relationship building with both new and existing customers – playing a crucial role in ensuring the company’s continued growth.
Your primary tasks will include:
- Building a pipeline for new customer potentials
- Servicing current customers
- Close collaboration with the development department for designing customer-specific solutions
- Presenting prototype solutions and participating in test packagings with customers
- Preparing offers and following up on them
- Managing tasks from ‘birth’ to delivery
Additionally, you will need to attend trade shows 2-3 times a year, primarily in Denmark but also in Sweden and Germany.
Clip-Lok’s transport packaging solutions cater to many industries, giving you numerous opportunities to cultivate the market and succeed.
Who Are You?
The most important thing is that you have a strong interest in value-based technical sales and thrive in a role where most of your day is spent with customers. A positive approach to people and a healthy curiosity about their business are essential. Additionally, you should recognize yourself in the following:
- You are a skilled and trustworthy communicator with an eye for detail without stalling the process
- Freedom with responsibility motivates you, as do persistence and patience
- You are driven by achieving your KPIs – even though orders can have long lead times
- You thrive on value-based sales and see SoMe as a working tool
You will work from your home, where you plan your activities and visit customers. The company provides the necessary equipment for a home office.
You have documented experience with technical project sales, and a technical or commercial education, possibly combined with a background in supply chain, is an advantage – but experience and personality are more important than education.
Danish is your native language, and you are proficient in English at a negotiation level. Knowledge of German is an advantage but not a requirement.
