Customer´s need
- The customer was searching for a bespoke packaging solution for out of standard sized materials.
- The customer also placed high importance on product safety, as the shipment could be dropped off during rescue operation.
Clip-lok´s solution
After discussing with the customer Clip-Lok designed bespoke packaging as per the requirements of the customer. Clip-Lok offered solution whereby boxes of different dimensions could be easily built around the product. Moreover, the boxes could be re-used and flat packed. Drop tests were conducted and approved by EU accredited packaging institutes.
Customer Benefit
The reusability and flat pack ability of the boxes reduced the logistic cost for the customers.
The tailor made boxes provided optimum product safety and enabled the users to build the box around the product.
