The Expendable box is a one-way solution which can be flat packed. It is optimized for the customer’s supply chain with a focus on product protection and easy procurement at the final destination.
The Clip-Lok expendable box is the easiest one-way transport box. It is based on our reusable model. However, it uses OSB (Orientated Strand Board), chipboard, plywood or combinations of these materials as panels.
The expendable box is customizable to meet your needs. It allows packaging to be built around the product. The expendable box is secured using Clip-Lok QIK clip. It is a tool free and nail free solution which has won a ScanStar Award for its ease of use. The design of the expendable box allows it to be flat-packable.
These expendable boxes are stronger and more durable than cardboard and other one way solutions. All components can be recycled or burnt for energy.

Heavy or delicate products that can be scratched or break need to be securely packed to ensure safe delivery. We offer you dunnage based on your requirements. For you to be sure that our boxes meet your exacting requirements, we can assist in setting up performance testing such as weather-resistance, vibration, drop and pressure tests, etc.

MATERIALS
Clip-Lok uses various materials and finishes in order to meet your demands. Our Expendable boxes are made of OSB (Orientated Strand Board), chipboard, plywood or combinations of these materials. We use all three clips i.e. original spring steel clips, Clip-Lok QIK Steel and Clip-Lok QIK Plastic clips. All three clips are strong and flexible. They are also easy to fit and remove.

CLIP-LOK QIK CLIP
The patented Clip-Lok QIK Clip is made to exact specifications to ensure that boxes can be opened and closed in a controlled manner without tools. It makes transport packaging simple and efficient. The Clip-Lok QIK Clip can be used to open and close the boxes multiple times in the supply chain and at customs. It has been tested and approved for its strength and durability.
DISPOSAL
When the box is used for one-way transport, all components can be recycled. The original spring steel clips and Clip-Lok QIK Steel Clips™ can easily be returned for reuse. Similarly, Clip-Lok QIK Plastic Clip™ can be burnt for energy.
